Complaints scheme

Ruitenburg adviseurs & accountants attaches great importance to good relations with its clients. With this in mind, we work constantly on the quality of the service we provide. Should a complaint nonetheless arise about us, our services or any of our employees, you may report this to your adviser.

If your complaint is not handled satisfactorily, the complaints scheme allows it to be submitted to the complaints committee. This complaint form may be used for this purpose.

To ensure that your complaint is handled promptly and properly, please describe it in as much detail as possible: What is the nature and extent of the problem? To what and/or whom does it relate? How long has the problem existed? Has it occurred once or on more than one occasion?
